In relation with our clients we always cost on the part of our clients. We are a conductor of interests of clients. The manufacturer always wishes to sell more expensive and not best quality goods. For the manufacturer even damage rate is the object for planning: independently how many 1 % or 0.1 % or even 0.01 % – for the client who has bought a faulty product, damage appears absolute. Representing interests of thousand consumers we can defend their interests, the manufacturer cannot ignore our collective voice.
